These terms govern use of the Minds Feed website and Android app. By using Minds Feed, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
What Minds Feed provides
Minds Feed groups and ranks links, headlines, summaries, and media from the open web. Story clusters and recommendation explanations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify important information with reliable primary sources.
Sports and financial information
Sports scores, results, market moves, symbols, and related context may be extracted from publisher-provided story metadata for orientation. Selected economic stories may also include delayed, time-stamped snapshots of public Kalshi or Polymarket data. Market-implied estimates reflect trading activity, not facts or forecasts by Busted Minds, and may be delayed, incomplete, manipulated, or wrong. They do not count as reporting or affect recommendations. Minds Feed does not offer trading links, account or wallet connections, wagering, brokerage, portfolios, investment advice, or financial-planning services. Do not make bets, trades, or other consequential decisions based on Minds Feed; check appropriate official and professional sources.
Publisher content
Linked articles, videos, and other third-party content belong to their respective owners and are governed by their terms. Busted Minds does not endorse a publisher merely by including its link. For supported public pages, a temporary text-only reader may remove navigation, scripts, advertising, and tracking elements. It does not bypass access controls or paywalls. You can always open the original publisher page.
Media bias ratings
Select outlet-level media bias ratings are provided by AllSides and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license. A rating describes the publisher's overall online written news output according to AllSides; it does not establish that a particular article is accurate, inaccurate, biased, neutral, or high quality. Ratings can change, may not cover every publisher, and are not used to infer a reader's politics or rank the feed. AllSides is not affiliated with or responsible for Minds Feed.
Social conversations
Public posts linked beside a story provide conversation context, not verified reporting or evidence that a claim is true. Posts may be edited, deleted, moderated, or become unavailable. Minds Feed labels these links separately, opens them on their original platform, and may remove them at any time.
BM AI story desk
If you explicitly use the BM AI story desk, an automated system answers from a bounded packet of story and publisher context. Its answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading and are not a substitute for the linked reporting or professional advice. Check consequential claims against reliable primary sources.
Acceptable use
Do not use Minds Feed to break the law, harm others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with its operation. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Accounts
Browsing works without an account. A Busted Minds Account is needed to sync private collections and preferences. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.
Availability and liability
Minds Feed is provided on an "as available" basis. Features and sources may change or stop. To the extent permitted by law, Busted Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on third-party content.
